James Bourassa

James Bourassa has been a key member of the Seacrest family since 2009, transitioning from commercial to residential property management. James has held various roles, including Community Association Manager and Regional Director, before being promoted to Vice President of Property Management in 2023. Known for his strong work ethic and customer service skills, James firmly believes in Seacrest’s values and is committed to delivering the highest level of service. A native Floridian, James lives with his wife, Tara, and their children in Tequesta.
