Total Quality Management Program
Our Total Quality Management Program has
been designed to provide our clients with
the best possible overall management of
their property and assures that all
contractual obligations have been fulfilled
with quality and professionalism.
The 5-point TQM program includes the
following:

A
formal inspection of your property
which includes an evaluation of your
landscaping, janitorial, and
maintenance services.

A
formal sit down with the board
and/or it's representatives to
identify any outstanding issues that
need to be resolved.

A
formal corrective action plan with a
timeline is drafted and includes any
deficiencies noted during the
inspection or sit down meeting with
the Board. |

A
follow up inspection is conducted to
ensure all deficiencies have been
corrected.
|
 |
The
Program concludes with a formal
communication back to the Board of
Directors upon final completion.
