Steve excels in his capacity of Director of Landscaping for one simple reason – he knows what he’s doing! Maintaining and beautifying a large community’s grounds can be a daunting task to someone who is not proficient. As the “first impression of the community” an association’s landscaping condition is crucial in maintaining or increasing the value of the property and its appeal to its current and potential residents. Steve Terzo knows this. He came to Seacrest as an owner of a successful landscaping company.

He was hired to oversee this vital department because of his knowledge of grounds maintenance and beautification but mostly because of his superior quality of managing his people. His rapport with the workers and supervisors of his division has allowed him to dramatically reduce turnover in the most historically high-turnover department of our industry.

He does this by carefully selecting his lawn maintenance personnel, training them thoroughly in all aspects of landscaping and constantly recognizing their superior performance. By providing quality work incentives, and recognition programs his employees understand completely why their performance is crucial to the satisfaction of our clients and our continued growth. In his role he also oversees Irrigation, Interior & Exterior Pest Control, Fertilization and Landscape Installation.
