History

In 1968, Seacrest Services started as a large Janitorial Company known as Personalized Services. In 1975, we became a full service Property Management company known as Seacrest Services, Inc. Some clients of Seacrest Services can be traced back to the very first years of business.

Century Village was one of ours clients and remains so today with over 50 on-site employees providing property management, janitorial, maintenance, landscape and irrigation services to a vast majority of this community. employees of Seacrest can also be traced back to the very first years of business. Many have exceeded 10 years of dedicated service and more. In 1996, Richard Fowler purchased Seacrest Services and merged with Sunstates Maintenance Corporation. In 2005, Richard sold Sunstates, but kept Seacrest Services Inc. As the leading industry provider, we continue to challenge our competitors by delivering professional service in a quality manner.
