Your Community
Association Manager will be active in
day-to-day operations, overseeing the
on-site staff and directing the crews that
service your community. This will give you
the accountability and supervision that
every community requires.

Management services include:

Reviewing of the property on
a regular basis and making
recommendations to the Board
of Directors.

Obtaining bids and proposals
for work to be performed for
review by the Board of
Directors |

Supervision of on-site
personnel and any
contractors employed on the
property handle all association
correspondence and
provide copies to the Board
of Directors.

Attending meetings of the
Board of Directors and/or
committees to assess
progress and assign
priorities for action.

Preparing a monthly
management report to the
Board. |

Assisting the Board in
establishing specifications
for Association needs
and obtaining / evaluating
bids.

Assisting the Board in the
enforcement of Association
Rules and Regulations.

Advising the Board
concerning significant
legislation, insurance,
financial practices, court
decisions, tax rulings,
etc., pertaining to the
Associations which comes to
Seacrest's attention.

Board regarding administrative
