Mark Wade was named president of Seacrest
Services in May 2006. Prior to Mark's appointment as President, he
served as the organizations
Director of Sales and
Marketing. During his
tenure, Seacrest expanded
into new territories and
diversified an ever
expanding product and
service line which saw
company revenues triple over
a ten year period.
Mark has an outstanding
service philosophy which he
has successfully implemented
throughout his career. After
years of evaluating
communities and interviewing
residents and
homeowner/condominium
association boards, he
gained a wealth of knowledge
and understanding of all
facets of successful
community association
management.
Since assuming leadership,
Mark has provided a
strategic direction that has
led to increased retention,
enhanced quality and
improved customer
satisfaction. As
