Leslie joined Seacrest after
a successful career as a
Human Resources Director in
corporate A merica. As the
former HR director for
nationwide companies such as
Highway Technologies and a
subsidiary of Alcoa, she
thoroughly understands the
needs of our company’s
employees. While in her past
capacity, where she was
responsible for the benefits
concerns for over 1500
employees, she became well
versed in insurance and
financial programs that
offer the greatest amount of
benefit to our employees.
Employee satisfaction and
retention was her primary
concern when joining
Seacrest. Hiring the “right”
employee to serve our
clients was her first step.
She created a recruitment
program which screens
potential job candidates for
proven credentials such as
US citizenship, valid
drivers’ licenses and past
employment references. The
screening process also
checks for past criminal
activity and tests for drug
use. She devised a Policy
and Procedures manual that
spelled out company
guidelines and expectations
of our employees. She
implemented an annual
performance evaluation
program where each employee
is made aware of their job
performance measurements and
how they hold up to our
company’s expectations. As a result of
Leslie’s improvements in our
Human Resources department,
both Seacrest and our
clients enjoy having a
highly skilled and
professional workforce
coupled with a very low
employee turnover rate.
