Dennis came to Seacrest as a
retired Wall Street
executive and as a client.
He was the president of his
condominium association’s
board of directors who hired
Seacrest to perform
management and maintenance
services. Being from the
“other side of the table,”
Dennis knew exactly what to
do when he took on his new
role.
His first endeavor was
to organize the property
management structure of
Seacrest. He initiated our TQM (Total Quality
Management) program which
vastly improved the
communication and direction
between our clients and our
corporate office.
Dennis has a proven track
record for getting things
done. With 17 years of
community association
experience, his common sense
approach has led to strong
client relationships,
enhanced quality and
customer satisfaction. Dennis
maintains this level of
satisfaction by hiring only
competent, experienced
property managers with
proven references and
credentials and training
them in human relations
pertaining to Association
Boards, Residents, Vendors
and employees. By doing so,
his department has grown to
become a group of team
players who are unrivaled in
the property management
industry.
