Anjanette Duncan – Director of Customer Service  

As Director of Customer Service & Information Technology, Anjanette is responsible for bringing outstanding customer service to our clients, overall efficiencies to the organization and expanding our technological infrastructure.  She focuses on evaluating and creating service strategies that will continue to place Seacrest Services at the forefront of the Property Management industry. 

Anjanette brings over fifteen years of Customer Service management experience to the organization and has held several executive management positions with corporations such as Rexall Sundown and MCI Worldcom.  Upon her arrival at Seacrest, she immediately instituted a customer service program in which we saw our approval ratings increase dramatically.  With improved hold times and training programs, her qualified team ensures all client issues are addressed timely and accurately and are tracked through to completion.
