Andy comes to Seacrest Services from
the corporate world and brings to
the company an extensive financial
and organizational background.

Having worked in a capacity as an
auditor for a CPA firm which
specialized in auditing the
financial statements of large
property management and real estate
companies, Andy has a comprehensive
understanding of the inner workings
of a successful property management
organization.
His first priority was
to realign the accounting department
of Seacrest and place internal
controls and segregation of
department duties. He structured the
accounting division to encompass
independent departments that work in
unison with the primary objective of
handling our associations’ funds
professionally.
The separation
consists of a Corporate Accounting
department which handles the day to
day accounting concerns of Seacrest
including payroll, etc., an
Association Accounts
Receivable/Payable department, and
an Association Financials department
which prepares financial statements
for our clients and performs bank
statement audits. By separating
these departments, Andy created a
harmonious structure which provides
competent and professional
accounting results for our clients. |
