We provide a full time customer service and

matters between the Board and
owners, contractors, government
officials or other entities. |

Arranging for the mailing or
distribution of notices, documents
and statutes as required by the
board.

Maintaining a filing system of the
Association's "official records".

Resale applications, creating new
ownership records and files.

Assisting the Board with the
organization of the Associations
Annual Meeting.

Overseeing and assisting in the
arrangement for the necessary
materials, procedures, personnel and
other support needed for the meetings.

Responding to all work orders and
telephone inquiries. |
