Overview of Hiring Process

Hiring Process Overview:

Welcome to Seacrest Services, Inc.  As the Director of Human

Resources it is our goal to hire the best person we can find to represent our company.  We look for talented, friendly and reliable individuals that will support our mission to always seek

improvement in value and quality.

Our interviewing process is one way to find these individuals.  Once hired, our employees will proceed onto the drug and criminal screening, orientation and safety training as indicated below.  With a turnover rate of less than 4% we know you will find Seacrest Services the employer of choice for years to come.

Best of Luck,

Leslie Guerrero
