Overview:
Welcome to Seacrest
Services, Inc. As the Director of Human

Resources it is our
goal to hire the best person we can find to represent our company.
We look for talented, friendly and reliable individuals that will

and quality.
Our interviewing
process is one way to find these individuals. Once hired, our
employees will proceed onto the drug and criminal screening,
orientation and safety training as indicated below. With a turnover
rate of less than 4% we know you will find Seacrest Services the
employer of choice for years to come.

Interview Process
- Initial phone
interview with Recruiting Manager is conducted. If the
applicant meets most (if not all) of the job requirement during
this interview we will proceed onto the next step:
- In person
interview with either recruiting manager and/or hiring manager(s)
Drug and Criminal
Background Screening
- Seacrest
Services, Inc. is a drug free employer. All potential applicants
are subject to passing a drug and alcohol test as well as a
criminal background check.
New Hire
Orientation:
- On the first
day of employment all new employees will meet with Human
Resources to discuss and complete employment paperwork
- A company
overview is conducted after paperwork is completed.
Safety Training
- It is the
policy of this company to remain accident and injury free and
provide a safe and healthy work environment. Every employee
hired will go through safety training for the position they were
hired into. When an employee changes positions after they are
hired additional safety training may ensue.
- Some positions
required employees to wear safety equipment at all times during
the work day. With the exception of work boots, all other
equipment is provided by Seacrest Services.
