Benefits
At Seacrest
Services much time and effort goes into providing products that
offer solid coverage at a reasonable cost to eligible
employees. Most benefits are taken pre-tax which provide an
additional savings to the employee. Medical, Dental, Vision,
Disability, matching 401(K) and Aflac currently make up the
various selections of products we offer. Enrollment for eligible
employees begins the first of the month following 90 days of
consecutive employment.
Medical:
Keeping in mind
quality, value and cost our medical coverage is provided by Blue
Cross Blue Shield of Florida. Seacrest Services contributes to
the cost of our group medical plan. Eligible employees can
choose from a PPO plan that offer co-pays and a prescription
drug plan. We also offer an H.S.A. plan which lowers the
employee cost and offers a saving plan to help offset the
deductible.
Dental, Life &
Disability:
These plans are
offered to all employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
These are low cost, solid coverage plans that are employee paid.
Deductions are taken weekly via our payroll process.
Retirement:
A matching
401(K) plan is provided to all employees working 1080 hours each
year and after 1 year of continuous employment. To receive the
full company match, the employee deduction should equal 5%.
Current vesting is 100% after 3 years of service.
Time off:
At Seacrest we
expect every employee to work hard and we recognize that every
employee deserves the opportunity to rest and take some time
off. Vacation, sick, personal and holiday time is available to
all employees through an accrual process as well as taking
several holidays off throughout the year.
